We scale founder-led businesses, prioritize key growth initiatives, and assist partners in implementing our proven growth strategies to build lasting value. Our aim is to be the preferred choice for low-mid market entrepreneurs who want to achieve new levels of growth and enterprise value without selling majority interest.

What Do We Do?

Our primary focus is laying out the significant initiatives that will contribute the most to growing the company's value and ruthlessly eliminate everything else So as to prepare them for our private equity firm, Proxima Nexus Capital that specializes in investing/acquiring founder-led businesses with an EBITDA (Earnings, Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) between $1M and $10M. Our goal here is to help businesses transform into scalable or sellable enterprises.

To achieve our objectives, we assist our partners in implementing step-by-step proven growth strategies into every function of their businesses. While we maintain a highly selective approach in choosing our partners, we dive in and work alongside them once we commit to a partnership.
